When you don't have free money source or don't wanna get into the gym. When outside the day is longer and sun is warming your skin, you still can exercises and work for your body and mind.
I love to run. Jogging makes me free and release so much from the pressure and negative energy. After that some other exercises and your work out is done. Don't forget to stretch at the end. To absorb sun energy exercising outside is nice and also if you are on the stadium or in the park green color(as all we know) is making you more relaxed and extracts all the stress out.
If you are scared that you will make muscles...ok I strongly believe that to have some muscles is better than to be a jelly. And btw they cannot be too much with simple running 3-4 days per week.
Trying to keep healthy diet and enjoying exercising is my way of managing with extra kilos and all the stress.
Work out hard if you want something, this is in what I believe.
Fresh water and 4 km are the best way to start or finish your day.
And you even cannot imagine how much handsome mans are doing it ... and hot girls of course.
Either morning or evening - exercising is important.
Another benefit is the fact that sport fashion is one more way to express yourself. \so many brands with nice and comfortable outfits. It's addictive...
